How do I disable phone number recognition on a mac

When I type numbers of 10 or more digits into Calendar events, Notes, and I think some other places, they become a link that brings up FaceTime whenever I click on them (e.g., to make a correction). None of these are ever phone numbers. I have no use for and do not want to use any applications that exhibit this behavior. How can I disable it on my Mac, so no numbers are ever treated as phone numbers, unless of course they are entered into a field that is specifically defined as a phone number (e.g. in Contacts)?

Thank you Rysz. I was so convinced Apple software engineers would never do something so stupid, I spent hours looking for a way to turn it off, and I was beginning to feel pretty stupid myself. Also exasperating was that although a Control-click on the offending link provides an unlink option, that option does not work. If I want to note a travel confirmation number in Calendar notes, it will be identified as a phone number. The only way I have found to break the link is to insert commas. In fact, I don't even want phone numbers to link, so I use commas instead of periods or dashes.

Anyone know how to break this in Terminal?
