I Have no feeling in my hands and can't use the small qwerty keyboard on an iPhone so have a 3/4 app my Samsung galaxy note 4 -however I really want an iPhone as I have an iPad and all the grandkids have iPhones and iPads ...if not a 3/4 keyboard maybe a big keys one ?...the make of mine is A1 but they don't do iPhones apps sadly

If I were you, I would visit the Apple Store, or an Apple Authorized Reseller, near you - taking the Galaxy with you - and show them what you mean. This will challenge them to "make the sale" by showing you what the iPhone can do regarding your accessibility issue. 😉
