Airport extreme wired to my xbox one I have 1 gig internet but only putting out 120 megabits

We just upgraded to 1 gig internet and my xbox one is wired to the router using a capable ethernet cable after opening teredo tunneling and changing mac address my xbox one is still only receiving at an average of 120 megabit/sec. Anybody have any ideas on how to get more speed out of it?

Thanks!

Connect your Mac directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable, turn off the WiFi on the Mac and run a few speed checks that way. Note your average results.

Then connect the AirPort Extreme back to the modem and your Mac directly to one of the LAN <--> ports on the AirPort Extreme, turn off the WiFi on the Mac, and run a few speed checks that way.

How do things compare? Hint...if the AirPort Extreme is set up as a router, then you won't ever see speeds much over 350 Mbps with the AirPort Extreme, even though you might have a 1,000 Mbps Internet connection.

If the AirPort Extreme is set up as a "bridge" then you should do better speed wise.....about equal to the speed measurement that you got when you connected the Mac directly to the modem.

Report on your results.
