why is my mac blocking random websites?

my mac since yesterday starting blocking websites which I regularly check, but lets me get through to other websites. Why is it randomly blocking google.com and spareroom.co.uk??? How to unblock these sites? I've download chrome to safari to firefox and they all block it.

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Make sure parental controls are not activated, even if you are sure they are, double check. if they are enabled, get a system admin to unlock them for a couple minutes. then go to the web section and make sure it says unrestricted access.User uploaded file

if disabled, uninstall any ad blocking software and disable or delete anything that may be blocking web traffic.
