The answer has been posted many times on this thread i.e. contact Support.

The same answer as above applies, you can only reset your security questions online if the online system is able to confirm your id - if it can't you will have to contact iTunes Support so that a person can confirm your id and that it's your account

There isn't anything to fix (and you already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user-to-user forums), if the system doesn't have enough info about you to be able to confirm your id and that it's your account when you forget your answers to your questions , you will have to talk to someone and see if they can do so

Can't reset either what ? If you mean that you've contacted Support in your country and they can't reset your questions then they can only potentially do so if they can confirm your id and that it's your account

Apple has the worlds worst security policies. They do not help or make things more secure, they just lock people out of their accounts for life. Completely ridiculous and the reason corporations do not work. People get overpaid and feel the need to have to come up with this crap --like overly secure apple accounts.

I try hard to completely avoid anything apple related for this reason. I am constantly locked out. After going through the entire process to reset the password they then ask friggin security questions --like email verification is not enough. Apple is not my bank account!!! On top of it all, it then tells me I can use a pw I have used in the past year, when its a pw I have not used in 10 years! Apple is great at making computers but completely gimp when it comes to security policy and keyboards. I have been through 4 apple keyboards in 2 years. They just die. I did not even wash the last two. One day decide not to work. This does not happen with any other brand keyboard in the world.

Apple is not the best as a lot of people believe.

login to your i phone and goto Settings --> i cloud --> click your apple id --> just hit the devices button --> Now you can see what devices you are using to loging to the cloud. --> select the i phone now you can change the sequrity questions 🙂 🙂

To reset your security qquestion read the first reply on this thread and contact Support via the one of the contact methods in it, don’t just copy and paste that reply.

For FaceTime no, they are separate things. If you are having a problem using FaceTime start a new thread in the relevant device forum on here giving full details of the problem and what you‘ve tried

I’m having the same issue , I just got my iPhone 8 and I cant buy anything on iTunes or in apps , I hope they just get rid of the security questions , adleast on the 5s users could choose no security questions , hope someone can fix this issue soo

That is not a reply to fix this! How is there sufficient information? Why do we need to call or fill out a form? This is clearly an error on apples side that needs to be addressed and fixed!!

I also have this problem.

Because you and Sergio Soda need to have Apple verify your identity in some way to get them reset. This is intentional and won’t be fixed.
