contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If your country isn't on that page try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

I am in the same boat. 😠

I totally understand that someone may be trying to access a stolen phone and Apple cannot tell who I am over the phone. I do find it totally ridiculous that I spent two hours on the phone today with Apple trying to convince them that I am who I say I am and trying to figure out why my same security questions still work for my Apple Account, but are no longer working for my iCloud account? Why in the heck can't I be authenticated using my Apple Id questions.

The solution will be to vote with my wallet, tell Sprint where they can put this iPhone, and go buy a Droid.

This is "crapple", Apple!

I put junk answers in for the security questions because I knew I wasn't going to forget my password because I have a safe place I put passwords. I still have my password, no problem there. But now it's asking me these security questions even though I can log in just fine.

I guess they're just looking out for me but if I knew they would do this, I'd have given coded answers and recorded those as well. So thanks for the good intentions Apple, no thanks for the annoying implementation tho..

I'm having this problem too. I just put a $25 gift card onto the account. They didn't seem to have a problem with that. However, to make any purchases, I need to input my security questions. I don't remember my security questions. I don't have any way to call Apple, although based on previous answers it doesn't matter because they won't be able to help me without the answers to the security questions. What am I supposed to do now? Apple shouldn't be able to take my money without letting me spend it.

Yes, we have tried contacting apple support before... guess what, our country doesn't even EXIST in apple's eyes. It was already enough of a headache trying to get past apples over"protective" nature. Now we can't even log into our apple id account without knowing the security questions that you can't really expect people to remember after a period of time.

Mine keeps asking me to confirm it with a confirmation code on one of my other devices. Thing is, with this apple id, i dont have any other devices.

Its ridiculous that the list of possible questions Apple gives you, for me, are a list of questions i do not have memorable answers to, and so will never remember the answers anyway, because i dont have a 'favourite sports team' nor do i know 'where my parents met'

In addition, it is bothersome after correctly entering my password, to still be refused access unless i answer 2 questions i don't even remember the answers to.

Personally i think it reveals how Apple need to go to such ridiculous extents with the end user, because there is no better method of keeping their system secure, so they pass the buck to us, and make us do all these mega security question lists. Its because they aren't good at stopping hackers, so they need this ridiculous questionnaire thing

'ashkan238' is a fellow user i.e. the person that you've just replied to. If you've received an email from these forums it's because you've requested them. If you no longer want emails go to your account's profile on ere and turn off emails e.g. click on your name top left (if logged in) and click Preferences on the popup (you might need to toggle emails on and off) - or this should take you straight there : https://discussions.apple.com/user-preferences!input.jspa

I have the same problem since I create the account for more than 5 years ago. I have also contacted apple support and filled out the form as instructed. Well, Apple has no way to fix that if you don't know at least an answer for a security question. This is ridiculous since I have the password of Apple ID and full access to the current email. Apple should provide some ways to fix this.
