Night Shift mode on iPad Mini
Are there apps available that can simulate Night Shift mode on an iPad mini?
iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.4
If there are it would only work directly in that app, they won't have the ability to do it everywhere like Night Shift - if it's a iPad Mini 2+ you should have Night Shift on your iPad (Settings > Display & Brightness)
