How to fix "no compatible source was found for this media" in Safari?

I have been using the website Oognet,pl to view live web cams of different cities in Poland. About 2 to 3 weeks ago, I could access the webcams and there was this message on the window, "no compatible source was found for this media.'

I am on an iMac using Safari.

How can I fix this. Thanks.
