On Apple devices to go iCloud.com then sign in.
How does this show you the information stored?
You can never see your full back-up. iCloud is for backing up not for storing. What is on your iPad should be in your back-up.
You can see what you can transfer.
Go to iCloud.com like Carolyn Samit said.
Once there if you are on a iPad hold your finger on the semi-circular arrow at the end of the URL bar. Tap request desktop site. Sign in. VIew.
Going to iCloud.com is easier on a computer. Either way check the screenshot for the page you're looking for.
