Pagination in table of contents aligned wrong

As you can see in the screenshot below the pagination is aligned right sometimes in the table of contents, and sometimes it looks all wrong. What do I do to fix this?

Hi joachim,

Pages 5.6.2 on OS X El Capitan 10.11.5

Menu > View > Show Rulers.

You can select (click) each level (Style) of the Table of Contents and see the settings on the ruler.

With the second level selected, look in Format Panel > Text > Tabs
