How can I chat live with iTunes support?
I am trying to chat live (for quick resolution) but I can only see how to email them.
Where are you seeing an option to email them?
At the top of this page, click on Support. Select your product and follow from there. Sometimes live chat is available and sometimes it's not. It depends, I suspect on time of day and staffing levels.
