iPhone SE won't sync with iTunes
My iPhone SE won't sync with my iTunes library. Every time I connect it to my PC, I receive the error message pictured above. Both the iPhone and iTunes are running with the latest software, as shown by picture below.
I have no idea what the problem could be. I have followed all of the troubleshooting tips offered by Apple Support but I keep getting the same error message. The USB port is fine because the phone is charging when it's connected and other devices work in it as well. It's iTunes that is having an issue because iTune will not even detect that the phone is connected after showing the initial error message. Please help. Has anyone else ever encountered this? If so, what did you do to fix the issue? Thanks for your time.
