I don't remember getting an email with the receipt for a purchase within the store, or i mistakenly deleted it. Is there a way to get a copy? my daughter is now having problems with her macbook pro that was bought only a month ago and only used for about 2 weeks.
Try logging into the account that bought the device via the shopping bag/basket icon top right :
And see if it shows on the account's order history, and if it does whether you can reprint its receipt/invoice.
