No, airdrop only works between iOS and OS X devices. You can stream content with AirPlay if you have an Apple TV.

Hi,


You can use AirPlay as long as you are on the same WiFi network as your compatible device. Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad or iPhone to access the Control Center and then select the AirPlay Mirroring button and select from the list of compatible devices. If theres nothing, then you either don't have a compatible device turned on and connected, or the feature is turned off. If you want to say drop photos, you can do that, but only to other iOS devices, I don't know a way to do that on the TV.
