I continually get the http error 404 message on a retail online website! need assistance..I cleared cookies per the online customer service suggestion..rebooted etc. Still will not work

1. Click in the menu bar and choose “Force Quit”.
In the window that opens up, select “Safari” and click “Force Quit.
2. Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.
3. Use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac to remove adware.

Download, install , open, and run it by clicking “Scan for Adware” button to remove adware.
Once done, quit Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac.
Problem may be with the server.
Do you have another browser like Firefox installed?
If you have, please try using it until the issue is resolved.
I visited the site using Safari as the browser. I didn't have any problem.
What version of OS X is installed on your Mac?
This is a DSW server software issue or a Mac network settings issue.
Please wait for a day. Hopefully they will fix it.
I can get to the login subpage, but not being a member, I cannot login.
I also have Chrome and I had the same issue.... I can get on the page...I can shop and look etc..BUT when I try to sign in, I get directed to the ERROR 404 page... repeatedly! Should i delete my account info and make a new one?
Your solution may not work for me as I have El Capitan...I am also unsure of how to actually do some of the steps in the article you linked.. But thank you!
I completed my order on this website but only as a guest, it will not allow me to sign in...on Safari or Chrome using TWC or Frontier..using my MAC or another computer!
The IT people at DSW are supposed to get back to me....
I cannot imagine what is the problem... I have not tried using a PC as I do not have access to one, just my trusty MAC and for some reason it does not like DSW!
I did all of the above and still get the 404 when I click on parts of the online website... Can this be a problem at DSW.com? or is it with my browser?
