Upgrading Mid-2014 Macbook Pro 13

I wanted some help and guidance with upgrading some components on my mac pro. I want to replace the battery with a fresh one, upgrade to 16GB of memory, and wanted to know if it's even possible to upgrade my touchpad to a Force Touch-enabled one. After recently replacing my touchpad, I know I can easily replace the battery. But want a little more guidance on the other things.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Your signature shows MacBook Pro (Retina 13-inch, Mid 2014), correct? If so, you can not upgrade your RAM because Retina MBP's RAM is soldered onto the system board. And the Force Touch touch pads were introduced with the 2015 models so you can't upgrade that either. As far as your battery, why do you feel you need to replace it?
