Can't open iso file on El Captain

Hi,

I wan´t to burn a iso file into a DVD but I can´t open it using the disk utility, as it should be. When I click to open the file, nothing happens.

I also tried to mount the iso image using the terminal and it says that it is impossible to mount system files.

I have no idea how to solve this.. Thank you in advance.
