I Received an email supposedly from Apple telling me that I changed my shipping or billing address (not true) and wanting me click https://Appleid.apple.com/ if I did not make those changes and change my password. Is this a scam or legit?
the above subject is the "reply to" on that email.

The email address isn't Apple. For the URL that you've typed, http://appleid.apple.com, that is Apple's site - is that what was actually in the email i.e. if you hover your mouse pointer over the link in the email that address shows, or have you only taken what is typed in the email ?
