How do I turn off voice over instructions For Apple TV?

For Apple TV, how do I turn off the annoying voice over instructions that I hear every time I perform an operation on the remote?

Go to Settings> General> Accessibility> VoiceOver> Turn VoiceOver Off. - AJ

I believe you can also double press the Menu button for a quick on/off. For example: Double press Menu for off, double press again for on.
