How do I know if a trust certificate is blocked

I Have a I phone 6 I upgraded to the 9.3. I know or think someone is getting access to my phone? When I go to my phone app to call someone there is a 8 That shows up and disappears right away. It shows up when I double click the home button to clear everything away. It's in the phone keypad screen.

2nd question

how do I know if a trust certificate is blocked?

update your device to iOS 9.3.5 from the app store for the most current security patches from Apple

backup and reset the device

a blocked certificate is not always an accurate alert that something is illegitimate, any valid and safe destination can be flagged with this warning. Web search "understanding security certificates" for more details.

if your device is not jailbroken the likelihood of a compromised device is very remote, however if your device is jailbroken then all security is under suspect and we can no longer discuss any issues with the phone as per the TOS of this site.
