Send file as attachment in Mail Keyboard Shortcut

Hi,

I want to create a Keyboard shortcut to send the highlighted File in Finder as an attachment in Mail. So when I press that keyboard shortcut, a new compose mail message appears with the highlighted file as an attachment.

This was possible in the earlier versions of Mac Mail (Yosemite and previous), but I don't see it in El Capitan.

There are Copy & Paste shortcuts? 😝

Speaking of, I have a friend who taught Word at a local community college. she was demonstrating how to select a word, copy it and paste it elsewhere. She asked her class if they had any questions. One student raised their hand and asked, "What if you want to copy and paste a different word?" True story.
