I'm trying to get the new purple Hermes watch band, but I keep getting an error: "You have exceeded the product limit for an item in your bag." The only item I have in my bag is one Hermes watch band. And I have only one other Hermes band that I currently own. Please don't tell me there's a lifetime one band limit on Hermes watch bands. Like I can't buy one ever again.

So are you trying to buy 2 of the same Hermes band at the same time? If so Apple may be limiting one per customer at this time.
No, I'm just trying to buy one band. I have one that I own currently that I got a few months ago. And I'm trying to buy a 2nd one but it will not let me. Refreshing browsers, deleting cookies, deleting apple app, signing out of my apple id doesn't work. I even tried restarting my devices and laptop. Nope.
So when you check your shopping bag you have only 1 item shown?
Yeah. There's only one. I tried deleting it from my cart and re-adding -- just to make sure I did just put one in there. Same result.
I would suggest at this point that you call the online Apple Store.
Apple only allows a limit of 2 when purchasing a Hermes band.
