Apps Lock with PIN/Code

I am using iPod (5th Gen). I Just upgraded my iPod's OS to 9.3.5.

Is there any way that Apple could make an option/setting for installed/purchased apps (such as Photos) to have them locked/unlocked with PIN or Code before opening them?

I hope Apple can make an upgrade on this matter. It will be appreciated much.
