Lutron Caseta and Home app problem

In iOS 10, scenes created in the Lutron app work normally. However, in the Home app, scenes are not adjusting dimmers to the appropriate levels... usually too bright. Anyone else experiencing this?

Appears to be working perfectly fine for me. If I create a scene in the Home app that turns on a light to 50% and then trigger the scene the Lutron app also indicates that the light level is set 50%.

How do you know that the light is too bright?

Set any light to 25% via Lutron app.
Lutron and Home apps report light is set to 25%.
Turn all lights off.
Run Home app scene that dims light to 25%
Lutron and Home apps report light is set to 25% but light is noticeably brighter. Same result, all iOS devices, all lights.
