I Did the iOS 10 beta and it came with the feedback app. I updated my phone to the final iOS 10 version but the feedback app is still on my phone. I tried holding it down but no little "x" shows up. Can someone please help.

What you have is the beta version of the ios. Please follow this to move out of the beta software.
You go into Settings > General > Profiles. Then select the iOS 10 Beta profile and delete it. This will also remove your device from future iOS 10 beta versions and get rid of the Feedback app.

I have the exact same problem as the poster above, but I do not have an option that says "Profiles" anywhere on my phone. The Feedback app will not go away. I tried restoring and followed the instructions online but nothing gets rid of the app unless I do not do a restore from a previous back up. Is there another solution? I'd hate to lose all of my messages.
It should be in setting and under general. You'll have to scroll all the way down. Hope you find it

So I just tried the technique and it didn't work for me at first. But then I went to the feedback app and made sure that I was logged in, then the profile option popped up under settings. Just thought that may be useful information.
Okay you ROCK! That worked. Thank you so much!! They need to let their Chat Reps know that piece of info because both of them told me that you can't do anything about it and it remains there forever unless I restore phone factory settings, which annoyed me because I didn't want to lose all of my data, like my text messages.

Hi Melissa hope you're having a splendid day. I made sure I was logged in to feedback assistant and the profile option has not popped up. Where exactly is it located in settings? It is not in general.
I was also logged in yet am not getting the option of "Profiles" under general or anything else!

Yes but I can not find the profiles option
Go back to the beta program on ios and download the profile again and then delete it and it should get rid of the feedback assistant, hope this helped
