I Did the iOS 10 beta and it came with the feedback app. I updated my phone to the final iOS 10 version but the feedback app is still on my phone. I tried holding it down but no little "x" shows up. Can someone please help.

You have to erase the phone and install the public release of the current version of iOS 10.

So I had deleted the beta profile but yet the Feedback app is still on my phone. I have tried restoring my phone, deleting the app, and leaving the beta program.
I am also having problems I just can't get rid of the feed back icon even after I delete the profile under settings I've redone loaded it like 5 times and it still won't work

You can search for "profile" in the search bar in the Settings. Then you can delete it

You erase your phone and restore it to the current shipping version of iOS.
