Disable Siri app suggestions in iOS 10

Hello, I have an issue with iOS 10 and not able to disable Siri App suggestions.

I go to Settings, General, Search with Spotlight and disabled all, but Siri app suggestions remains visibible. I also restarted my iPhone 6 Plus, which didn't help. It just stays.

I really want to get rid of Siri App suggestions. Please help. This seems like a bug in iOS 10.

This removes Siri App Suggestions *from the Notification Center.* But they still appear when I swipe down on blank space on the home screen, and I want them gone from there too.

Setting -> Siri & Search -> uncheck suggestion in search

Or you can choose what apps you don’t want it to show when you use search bar
