Disable Siri app suggestions in iOS 10

Thank you so much on how to do this. It worked! I ABSOLUTELY HATE SIRI & SIRI APP SUGGESTIONS. It's because there is a nefarious person in my life who sometimes gets ahold of my phone & I don't want him to see what apps. I use most. Yes, I've set my iPhone to be password protected in the minimum amount of time, but sometimes he grabs my phone when I'm not looking. Yes, I should get this person out of my life but he's my husband & I otherwise love him. Thank you so much on how to turn off Siri app suggestions! I personally wish I could jjust delete Siri totally but I guess it's not possible. Many, many, many thanks! Jeff

Hey i’m using iOS 11. If you wanna turn off siri from search and look up, you can go to Setting>Siri and search. There u can turn off Suggestion in search, Suggestion in look up. Moreover you can disable search ability in specific apps

You can disable Siri App suggestions by pulling the notification center down (where the Siri App suggestions is located) go all the way down and there you find a round button with edit on it. A screen will appear where you will have full control over what you want in your notification center.

SSwipe right from home screen(you should see your widgets), scroll to bottom and click "edit" and then you should see option to remove Siri app suggestions widget

This suggestion does not work. This is an obvious bug in the new software.

I also tried every possible way to turn-off Siri app suggestions and NOTHING works.

The Settings -> General ->Spotlight Search -> Siri Suggestions only effect the Spotlight Search. When you swipe on your screen from left to right, you get a page. I'll just call it the widget page... If you see the "Siri App Suggestions" and want to get rid of that from displaying, scroll down to the bottom of that widget page and tap edit. Then you will see the red button to tap and remove if needed. You can alway re-add it by scrolling down within the edit mode and tapping on the green button by the side of the widget that you want to add.

This did not work for me. When I pull down I get a grey screen that says No Notifications. There's a tiny whit dot at the bottom, that takes me back to the settings screen. There's no Edit butt

You need to swipe left to right to see the notifications page. The edit button is then at the very botto.
