How do I disable voice control in iOS 10?

Hi. I've got an iPhone 6s Plus and just downloaded iOS 10. Now, when I accidentally hold the Home button too long, it makes a loud pinging sound and brings up Voice Control. I don't want this; I work in a cubicle and don't want to make this much noise, nor do I ever use Voice Control.

I went into Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > ensured Voice Dial was off. If this isn't possible in iOS 10, how do I downgrade to iOS 9.x? Thanks.

FInally, today I downloaded ios 10.2 on my iPhone 6 and made the following changes (to what I did before in this message chain):

1. Turned off Siri

2. Turned off both Siri and Voice control under accessibility->home key

I tested it a few times and it appears to block the voice problem I had before whilst using the phone.

Starting tomorrow I will use my car's hands-free without making any dummy-calls. Let's hope that the mystery calls are history now And that I can drive around and listen to my car radio again... (fingers crossed).
