iOS 10 mail app move all/trash all

I just upgraded my iPad Air 2 to iOS 10. It appears as though the 'move all' and 'trash all' functionality has been removed from the mail app. When I view either of my inboxes (I have both iCloud and gmail accounts) and tap edit, only 'Mark All' is enabled. 'Move' and 'Archive' (gmail) / 'Trash' (iCloud) are both greyed out.

In iOS 9 (still installed on my iPhone), 'Move all' and 'Archive All' (gmail) / 'Trash All' (iCloud) are enabled when I tap Edit from either inbox.

Has Apple removed this functionality in iOS 10 or changed the way it is accomplished?

Instead of waiting out Apple and the iOS software team to straighten out all of the issues with the iOS 10 Mail app,

If want to bring back all of the previous goodness about iOS Mail and get a few more bells and whistles, in the process.

If you are a Google Mail, Yahoo Mail or Microsoft Hotmail user, here is a almost exact replacement for iOS Mail that adds back all of the missing functionlities in iOS 10 Mail app and adds even more.

The recent update adds a few more email services, so read the update details!

Look at this nearly exact email app replacement for iOS Mail.

I really like this email app a WHOLE LOT better than the stock Apple iOS Mail App while still looking very much like the standard iOS Mail App.

This is a real beautiful email app to use and, if you are a large iPad Pro user, then this email app's UI really shines!

Based upon an answer this thread received, I wrote apple with an "enhancement request". I hope everyone does this:

Dear Apple:

Why am I filling out an enhancement request for something that you finally put into your OS and then removed when IOS 10 came out? If you're so afraid of people inadvertently deleting all their emails, why don't you make it a configuration selection so that people can choose. Why am I suffering because of dolts that can't function properly? Thanks for dumbing things down Apple. Frankly, this feature is so important that it will compel me to look elsewhere when my next Device is purchased,
