Bluetooth Connection Issues ios 10

Same here. It worked better for a day or two and then worse. Had to turn the Bluetooth of in the car to not cause any accidents. I can imagine that this bug in iOS has cause many car accidents around the world now.
You do not realise how dangerous it is to drive with this until you experience it. It is really a shame that it's taking months to solve something that has been working for years and that is an industry standard as you say.

My trust in Apples products has really decreased.

Having the same issue with my Jabra Stealth headset and MINI Cooper, very random disconnects and re-connects even in middle of calls. Only started happening when updated Iphone 6+ to IOS 10, even the latest 10.1.1 is no better on the new Iphone7. Got a new phone as figured the 6+ was the issue...nope. Has to be an IOS issue. Very ANNOYING.

Since update ios10.1 the incoming phonecalls on my bmw m4 are without sound (both directions). Problem can only be solved, when switching the sound to phone and thrn back to bmw while call is active. Outgoing calls work normal.

this was my last update!! If basic functions dont work after update, this is not acceptable!!! Phone Apple 6+

I have also similar problem. I have an iPhone 6+ and when is connected to my car Bluetooth and a call drops in it connects I speak ok and after call ends then disconnects From BT , sometimes when II listen to wwdc video and a call drops in after call the Bluetooth system stays connected but loses communication and I must repair systems. Prior iiOS 10 everything was Ok. Tim Cooks apple must try harder. Please Apple do Not "Balmerize" yourself !

I Iphone 6s Plus. Bluetooth is activated and then deactivated Opel Astra h system and also with bluetooth headset Plantronics.
This happens ever since I made the update to IOS 10

Update with iOS 10.2. Unfortunately the issue is still there.

I have a bug 29088124 open against Apple. Still not resolved.

My Prius 2012 still cannot answer incoming calls.

Same here. Issue still ramains with iOS 10.2. Really, really bad.

What is the problem? This has been working for many years and now it is not working. How many people will get killed in the traffic due to this Bluetooth bug in iOS?

Still cannot response incoming calls from my BMW after update 10.2.

It was working well before updating iOS 10, Apple has to fix this problem.

Sometimes I can response after 4 sn later without switching manually to phone if I have already closed all the applications from background ?! but I'm not pretty sure it's the reason.

I'm still thinking to having a Samsung device but what will happen to my apple watch then.

Apple doesn't deserve our money till fixing this problem.

My Mercedes R has the Bluetooth dongle. Keeps losing connection for hands free. Very annoying, as you have to either fiddle with the phone (6s plus) or hold it in your hand until you can park somewhere. My friend has a new Prius and iPhone 6 Plus. Same thing !

I think Apple is not figuring it out and do not care. Was tempted to replace the Mercedes Command unit with a CarPlay capable unit until I found out about the shortfalls of CarPlay . Apple is losing it. New faster phones every 9 months does not cut it. You need happy customers first. If it was not for the Apple ecosystem I'd already be on Android, and the Pixel is not bad...

I have same problem trying to get bluetooth connected and stay connected to my 2012 Infiniti. Problems started when I upgraded to ios 10.1.1 on my iphone 6s. Now on 10.2 and still have same problem. If I get a call, I answer it on my car, but can't hear caller. But if I press Speaker on my iphone, then press My Car on my iphone, it will briefly connect to my car bluetooth. But then it disconnects after a few seconds. But if same caller calls me a 2nd time, then the call comes through. When I called Apple they said the only way to fix was to reset my phone because problem was probably lines of code error. I said no thanks to that because no guarantee it would fix problem. 1st time I called Apple they said they never heard of any bluetooth problems ⚠ so I started reading this forum to them, then they agreed there were issues, then escalated my call to the next level tech associate and that's when the reset advice was given. Sorry I don't have a solution yet, but hoping they'll fix in next update.

Well, having to do all that stuff is more distracting than just answering and talking on the phone, I'm disappointed Apple hasn't fixed this yet, does anyone from Apple read these forums???
