Bluetooth Connection Issues ios 10

Ever since upgrading to ios 10. My bluetooth connection in my car (2016 Hyundai Sonata) keeps connected and disconnecting every few minutes. This never happened pre-upgrade. Is anyone else experience this?

I have hear of the 6 being a problem. For me it was the iPhone 7. My AT&T 7 wouldn't stay connected to the audio Bluetooth in my car. If I disabled this feature then I could use Siri etc. I returned the 7 yesterday and am back using my 6s. Works fine even with iOS 10.

I had trouble getting Apple to help. Got a case number and never heard back. Not a great experience and will probably not get AppleCare in the future after several bad experiences.

I called last week and opened a ticket for Infiniti G37 and at that time Apple said only Infiniti and Nissan vehicles from 2011 to 2013 were having troubles. I can make calls out but no audio on incoming calls. After update to 10.2 I got half the audio on inbound calls, I can hear them, they still can't hear me. I was told last week that their engineers were working on it. Hope it's fixed soon.

I have a similar issue. I have an iPhone 6 and an 2012 Infiniti QX56. When I updated to iOS 10 my handsfree bluetooth stopped working. I was able to connect and make out going calls. When I tried to receive incoming calls the phone appeared to connect but no audio came thru. I reset the settings, unpaired and re-paired, the phone without success. I then did a complete phone restore then went thru the same repairing process without success. I then downgraded to iOS 9.3.5 and everything back to working. I spend a lot of time in my car. I don't want to reach for the iPhone each time I get an incoming call. (unsafe). Can someone give us some guidance here?

I also have the same issue, 2009 Nissan Skyline, audio playback cuts out a few min after use, and Bluetooth is disconnected. I can manually reconnect but then it only works for a few min before cutting out again. I tried resetting network settings, deleting/forgetting and re-adding the phone on the car, restored my phone from the most recent backup but it stil is the same. It seems I can't go back to iOS 9.x ... If I don't use audio playback, as far as I've seen Bluetooth stays connected indefinitely.

I know it doesn't work for everyone but if you are within the 14 day period you can return the phone -- terrible solution I know but it is what I did. I was really looking forward to the 7, but not without Bluetooth. The 6s is on sale and close to the 7. My 6s running 10.0.02 is close to flawless when connecting audio to my car. I know, not a great solution but I have my doubts that Apple is going to fix the issue any time soon.

Thanks, it's just as I began more to be annoyed as generally speaking new 7 have only faster processor, FaceTime camera- longer life battery I can't notice probably as my 6s was with TSMC processor, so now with newest I need anothe set of headphones to connect to MacBook Pro until I grab somewhere proper adapter and I must wait until all software and hardware what depend on bluetooth start working- I have Automatic adapter- working. but Dashcommand not and the other gadgets from iHealth as scale and CO2 are ver relactant on connection.Applets as eBay or PayPal asking to sign in again and again as never before . As we can't separate new platform from iphone7 it seems as been realised maybe to early

BMW just notified me of an update last weekend for my 2013 1 series. Bought the car in and received as a loaner a 2016 3 series.

Curious, I immediately attempted to paired the my new SE with 10.02 with the new 3 series, ignored the pair "code" and presto wham o, welcome to 2016, CONNECTION!!!!!

Got my 1 series back with the update, and had to reset all functions in the car, lost all with the update. So, I immediately attempted to pair the SE with the update before leaving the dealership.. Same thing happened, no dice, no pairing for you. Called over the service advisor and he said they hooked up 6 phones with no issue. He indicated to me when the pair code on the BMW screen requires authentication, enter in 4 "Zero's" And faster than you can say , "I cant afford a new M6" we were connected.

Rejoice BMW owners!! The BMW update WORKS!!!
