My Favorites Mix not there

So I've been using iOS 10 beta through the summer and noticed not long ago that Apple activated the My New Music Mix in Apple music. So far this mix has been really good at giving me songs I somewhat am interested in. However, I know there's also supposed to be a My favorites mix available as well. From screenshots I believe it was supposed to be a swipe away from the my new music mix. On my device though, it is not there. I've closed and restarted the app many times and nothing. Restarted my phone, nothing. Waited a week for it to refresh, nothing. Thought perhaps I'd also wait for the official iOS 10 release, but now that's come and gone and nothing. I also downloaded the new iTunes today and it's showing the new music mix but not the favorites mix.

At this point I'm out of ideas. Anyone out there had similar issues and found a fix?

Guess my theory about it being related to the beta is out...curses thought I might be on to something there. Definitely feels like it's something related to iTunes/Cloud account as it's indeed not working on any device on my account.

Just checked again and nothing here still, glad it's working for you now though. Maybe they're figuring things out on the backend (fingers crossed)

I didn't do anything. Yesterday it just appeared. So now I have both.

I have this problem too... I see 'My New Music Mix', but 'Favorite' one is gone... It's really annoying...

Good to hear it can just appear. I had another support session yesterday that didn't find a solution. Hopefully it appears for the rest of us soon.

It's just a shame, really. I have a lot of music with 'I love ratings' in my library. So many problems with Apple Music, I think it's time to jump into Spotify again... Good job Apple!

My New Music Mix showed up today. Like others i didn't do anything, i guess they are doing something on their backend to fix it. Hopefully My Favorites Mix is next to show.

So I upgraded to Sierra with big hopes, but Favourite Mix is still not there :-(

Yeah, another week, another nothing... Sigh. So many people have this problem, there's a lot of posts on Reddit. I hope Apple is investigating this issue right know and they will find a solution soon...

I think I'm done with this service. The user auto generated playlist feature is something I value highly and apple music just isn't delivering. I'm going back to Spotify which has its own shortcomings sure but overall it's working more to my liking for now. Maybe I'll check back later on and see if things have come along but today, I'm out

I am suffering from this as well. I walked away from a free spotify account to pay for apple music only when they announced these new playlists. Now my favorites mix isn't there??? I spent 90 minutes on the phone with apple just 2 days ago, mostly on hold, for them to tell me they've never seen this before. Clearly from reading this thread, they have seen this before and just don't care to fix it. They basically said they would "send it to the engineers", which is IT speak for, "we don't know or care".
