My Favorites Mix not there

I'm seeing this as well. I was on hold with Apple for a long time and then the Rep didn't understand what I was asking. When I asked to escalate the problem she said the senior advisors were gone for the night and asked me to call back tomorrow. This is my first bad experience with Apple support and I've been a customer for a very long time.

Its still not showing up on my wife's Apple Music that is part of our family sharing, but it has shown up on mine since release. Has anyone found a solution they can share?

My Favorites Mix showed up today. Finally! 🙂

how long have you been a AM subscriber? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the free trial.

I'm a subscriber since July, still on the free trial, so this is not the issue. I hope it will appear for you soon 🙂

This has become part of my morning ritual. Get up, get dressed, have coffee, poop, check if apple can make their flagship software work. Only one is disappointing on a regular basis

I also spent 1+ hours talking with Apple support because My New Music Mix does not show up on my phone or on my computer. Countless logins and outs, countless restarts. Nothing fixed it. Very annoying because I was a Spotify guy but decided to go with Apple Music because I didn't want to explain Spotify to my wife. What's worse is she sees her New Music Mix but doesn't care about that feature. I'm back to using Spotify with ads. Oh and I also don't see My Favourites Mix either.

I have same problem the "my new music mix" playlist is missing for 3 days so far and tried apple support for hours it is being referred to apple engineering. lets wait and see what the fix is

I called support today as I'm missing My Favorites and My New Mix. I was told they have removed the feature altogether and I should put in a feature requests...

Are you joking? I just sent a DM to support asking why I don't have the new music mix anymore. Did the logouts and logins & restarts. So I'm waiting..... under family plan for AM. Wife has New Music Mix and not My Favorites Mix and mine is the exact opposite.

I now have My Favourites and My New Mix. I had to call support a few times until I got someone familiar with the features who raised it with the engineers.

Spoke with support yesterday and they should get it fixed in a day or two

That's an interesting find..... so what do you ask Siri? I still have not heard back from Apple support on my case (even after repeated email requests).
