I had this problem just that it was not damage just some glitch or something it went good after reinstalling.

what kind of Macbook do you use?

cause what you are getting sounds like missing registry files is what 0xc00000e usually means.

but it can also be something else.

and what this leads to is a total reinstalling of windows A.K.A Bootcamp.

if this problem still going on after that then it mate be more then just a Registry problem or BootMGR.

corruption on the Windows image one you have on the CD for installing windows.

or if what I noticed and meany other has, is the new version of Mac OS X EL Captian

it can only allow Windows 8 and upgrade from there to Windows 10.

Windows 7 is not an option to install on mac anymore sense Mavericks version of MAC OS.

it's hard to recover files when system can't boot up. but if it was enabled in iCloud, google driver, one drive etc when you would be fine by the file recovery. I hope you get better when you reinstall the system OS Good luck!

You can extract files from the Documents and other Windows folders if the Bootcamp volume is mounted in OS X Finder.

If you use Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support to build a USB Installer for a 2013 MBP, and both from it, you can repair your BCD. The error code implies a corrupted BCD.
