I updated my iPhone 5s to iOS 10 this morning. Now when I pull down the Today View/Notification Center (swipe down from the top of the screen) the display always defaults to the Notification Center...
and not the Today View.
I have not found a way to set the default to the Today View. Is this possible?

To go directly to the view, swipe to the right from the home screen.

Well duh...
I'm still in iOS 9 mode and not yet used to swiping left to right to see the Today View...

Honestly I didn't notice it until I check after reading your post. but I actually think I will like the new set up. Makes getting to the notifications a little quicker.
