Today View

I updated my iPhone 5s to iOS 10 this morning. Now when I pull down the Today View/Notification Center (swipe down from the top of the screen) the display always defaults to the Notification Center...

and not the Today View.

I have not found a way to set the default to the Today View. Is this possible?

iPhone 5s, iOS 10, iPhone 4, iPad 4, Win 10 laptop

Basically, you will need to add the widgets for the information you wish to see: http://help.apple.com/iphone/10/#/iphb8f1bf206

To go directly to the view, swipe to the right from the home screen.
