Can't send SMS anymore on iOS 10

Hi everyone,

So I updated my iPhone 6S Plus and my iPad Pro 12,9" to iOS 10 and since, I can't send SMS from my iPad. I receive them correctly but just can't send them right. iMessages however just seem to work well.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I tried to switch off and on iMessages and Facetime on the iPad but nothing changes ...

Same here. All the continuity settings are set up as described but I still can't send messages from my Mac to non-Apple devices anymore.
