Well, Paparin, Ingo pointed out the best way to get Apple's attention, if there is a problem with a product and people are not satisfied with the way it is working. That is the feed back form. You can be sure that the developers will see the feedback. and we can hope, that a future update will fix the problem.
These forums are not permanently monitored by the developers, so we cannot be sure, that they will see each post. Apple provided these forums primarily for users to discuss technical problems and help each other to use the products efficiently.
If the predefined albums are intolerable, the developers have to be told to provide additional preferences settings.
In addition to technical questions Apple invites us to post construct feedback to the products in these forums as well, as long as it is a constructive feedback, explaining the problems, and not just a "I don't like".
Remember the "Apple Support Communities Use Agreement" you agreed to, when you signed up? It says:
Post constructive comments and questions. Unless otherwise noted, your Submission should either be a technical support question or a technical support answer. Constructive feedback about product features is welcome as well. If your Submission contains the phrase "I'm sorry for the rant, but…" you are likely in violation of this policy.
