Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see that you have added a friend on your Apple Watch to share activity. On your Apple Watch you can't see your friend's results, but you can see both you and your friend's results on your iPhone. They see your activity on their iPhone as zero.
I just started using this feature myself. WatchOS 3 is really cool in how it lets you share your Activity rings with friends and family. I'm happy to help you with this issue.
Please make sure that all iPhones that are sharing Activity are connected to the Internet and signed into iCloud. Use the article Share your Activity with your Apple Watch, specifically, this section:
Get help with Activity Sharing
Activity Sharing requires iOS 10 and watchOS 3. If you paired more than one Apple Watch to your iPhone, the Sharing tab won't appear in Activity until you update all your watches to watchOS 3.
If you can’t add a friend, make sure that they have an Apple Watch and that you haven’t added the maximum number of friends. You can add up to 25 friends.
As long as your iPhone can connect to the Internet and you're signed in to iCloud, you can get updates about your friends’ activity each day. If your iPhone can't connect for multiple days or you sign out of iCloud, you might see missing days.
Additional information can be found in the Apple Watch User Guide
Have a great day!
