Since updating to iOS 10, I now receive my husband's call log on my iPhone . We do, and have always, shared an apple id. This has never been an issue before. Is there a new setting that I have just not discovered yet to solve this problem?

Your Apple ID should not be shared with anyone else. It provides access to personal information including contacts, photos, device backups, and more.
