I've seen this too!! It seems to only show in the Notification Center only when notifications are there and it isn't all the time.

I Have an iPhone 7 plus as well updated to 10.0.2

Having the same problem too, move around the assistive touch icon to the notification area makes the white line and rectangular thing flick. I also realise the graphic of some game app seem laggy, but when the assistive touch option is off, the graphic become better.

I'm using iPhone 7 plus black, just updated to ios 10.0.3 yesterday and did not slove this problem.

well I was comparing all the setting with my other friends have the same exact phone but what is different. I found that I like my text super small. So just want to ask does everyone here have their text size the smallest ? I changed the size of mine and going to see if it happens again. I will reply in a week. Genius Bar doesn't know how solve it

Confirmed that 2nd Smallest fonts seems can solve the issue....

My iP7+ when using smallest fonts, problems exit. If I changed to 2nd Smallest, problems gone and didn't occur so far.

Then I try to check with my my wife iP7+, she is using larger fonts and no problem at all, after I try to changer her fonts to smallest, the problem now occurs.... That's why I think Smallest fonts setting may be the reasons that cause the issues !

I had it changed to second smallest and no problem for a whole night and this morning but happens again in the afternoon when I received a notification from Whoscall 😢 I deactivated the notification from whoscall to see if it improves.

I am having a iPhone 6s plus and I believed it must be some apps incompatible with ios10 as apple gave me a new iPhone 6s plus when I raised the issue but to no avail once I upgraded to iOS 10 with back up. Reduce transparancy would solve the issue but its not as beautiful as having the background transparent.

HI,

I have received the my iPhone 7 plus a couple of weeks ago and I found that the notification screen was just playing funny . I was sent another device as it looked like a hardware issue and not a software (that's what I was told when I called my provider who sent me the device) . Today I noticed that the issue is back... I am disappointed , I was expecting something official from Apple on this... Has anyone heared anything back on this?

Thank you,

Adriana

I Was so glad I found this forum. prior to disovering that this was an issue for all of you, I thought there was just something wrong with my specific phone - iphone 7 plus. So i went to the store and the guy at apple claimed he never heard of this issue. so i got the phone replaced. one hour later, the white lines reappeared on my brand new phone. I couldn't believe it. Not sure if I should bother with a third at this point. I don't see how it could be a software issue if we've already had 2 software updates. Usually software issues are more universal. I tgink I'm just going to deal with it for now, but I'm extremely disappointed. I've never NOT had an issue with a new iPhone
