Connecting a PS2 to my eMac

Hi
I've just moved in with my other half and prior to that I had my eMac connected to boradband and my PS2 running off it using a crossover cable.
I've installed an Airport Extreme card to the eMac now and am wirelessly connected to the other half's router. My PS2 is no longer interested though and I have no idea what to do about it.
I'm no computer genius so all replies need to be in plain English for me to understand.
Hope you guys can help!
Thanks. 🙂

Right, having finally got a wireless adaptor for the xBox360 and moved the wireless router so the eMac actually receives a signal I still can't get my PS2 online. I have to input a primary DNS server number and I have no idea what one is or how to find out. It also needs to know a secondary DNS server number and an IP address. I found the IP address on my mac (I think), it didn't accept the IP address that was in the ethernet settings (0.0.0.0)but there was another one in general settings.

Any ideas?

I am having the exact same problem with my Macbook-PS2 connection. I even called AT&T, my DSL provider, and they were very thorough, even supplying me with IP address, DNS numbers, etc. so I could enter them manually but to no avail.

Is there an issue with the firewall? Because it almost looks as though some activity is registered on the firewall log (console.log) when I attempt to get on the network via Macbook-PS2 crossover connection.
