My speedtest is showing 130/20 but I can only upload video at about 300kbps. I'm using a gigamodem right to my imac. this problem started 3 days ago and comcast is showing everything is fine on their end and mine.
anyone have and solved this issue?

I would first try a different Ethernet cable or cables if multiple cables are being used.
What exactly are you referring to when you say gigamodem...?
If it is another device between your Mac and your Comcast Cable Modem, try connecting your Mac directly to the Comcast cable modem.
If you are referring to a Cable Modem in-liew of a Comcast Modem, then you may need to try another Cable Modem.
FWIW, whatever your connection speed is, you can only download or upload at the speed a server will accept. If you try to upload something to a site and that site is busy, or the route from your computer and the site has a slowdown somewhere, or it's just throttled, one of the servers are being worked on so the route has to be re-routed etc., that will affect the speeds.
As far as speedof.me, it doesn't seem all that accurate. It shows my download speed as 111% of what it actually is and my upload speed as 31% of what it is. SpeedTest.net reflects my actual UL/DL speeds.
my modem is a 1.4gig modem. all the wires seem fine and are relatively new.
this is for all the sites i upload to. I sell video content online and upload video to about 6 sites and all the uploads and youtube as well are crawling slow. speedtest.net shows about normal the speedofme seems to represent whats actually going on. i'm uploading to one site now at 186kbps. this 19 gigs would have taken about 2 hours but this will take till tomorrow to complete.
speedof.me does not show what's going on according to what you posted. 3.66Mbps is vastly different than 186kbs and of course than 20Mbps which I assume is what your upload speed is supposed to be.
I assume you are not trying to upload to six sites at one time. If you are, your bandwidth is being divided by six.
Think of it this way, if you owned a Bugatti Veyron which can reach 250+ mph but there is traffic in front of you at 25 mph, you're not going to reach 250 mph.
You can try disabling IPv6. some sites don't like it much.
Speed.me is one of the few sites that does not need Flash or Java assistance, normally it is the most accurate you can get.
Yes, they use HTML5. But it's not accurate for me. The download speed is close enough. The upload speed isn't even close.
FWIW, I tried it with Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I have a 150/150 Mbps connection.

just trying one site at a time for now. I'm thinking maybe comcast is throttling me because I may be over 1tb for the month but they refuse to acknowledge this. the meter does not work online and the employees cant check it either.
Speediest seems to overstate your quoted upload speeds a lot and download very little, all the tests have inaccuracies, but I have found Speedof to be more accurate. (As tested with a physical test)
Maybe. It's odd though if you have a limit they have no way for you to check.

speedof.me seems to be way off in both upload and download speeds. I'm not sure how you checked your speeds physically.
