My iMac 4K won't read my external hdd

I have a Mediasonic ProBox HF2-SU3S2 4 Bay 3.5" SATA HDD Enclosure - USB 3.0 & eSATA Support SATA 3 6.0Gbps HDD transfer speed connected to my iMac. There's two interface modes: esata or usb. I've been using esata. I have 2 3 tb external hard drives. I was editing film footage for my feature film in final cut x and as I was editing it, it got stuck loading. So I force quit final cut X and then my two hdd ejected improperly. I turned off my ProBox and then turned it back on, and my iMac won't read my 2 hdd. So then the ProBox turns off automatically. I took out both hdd and re-inserted them back in the ProBox, and it still won't read. The ProBox doesn't indicate the my two hdd are dead/corrupted. Help, please?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), null
