iPhone 6 can't play video in ios 10

How could you have gotten them replaced? Apple warranty only applies to hardware issues.

Also, WhatsApp is an app I use daily and I will certainly not uninstall it. They need to fix these issues!

Neither Skype nor WhatsApp is on my son's iPhone 6 and they never have been.

i can only play a few videos, some of my video , the rest of it i cant play it at all , i tried to import it to a editing app like iMovie , still cant play in the App

Same problem. iOS 10.1.1 videos not playing on youtube ios app and safari vidoes on youtube.

Same problem on my iPhone 6. This is clearly a widespread problem. Not sure why Apple isn't taking it seriously.

It's been almost 6 months and still this issue is occurring EVERY SINGLE DAY, considering a new phone already.

I have the same issue on my iPhone 6S... has anyone updated to iOS10.3 yet? Does that fix the issue? I'm afraid to update incase that causes any other issues :(

I downloaded 10.3 on my ipad at the start of the week and so far everything is work fine. Hopefully it's all been corrected in the upgrade.

II've now upgraded to iOS 10.3 and 10.3.1 and my videos are now working and I've not had to restart so it looks like the upgrade has fixed the problem.

Restarting should not be a requirement for us to watch videos. It's extremely inconvenient.

same here. My Videos, Sounds, Notifications are now working without having to restart my phone everyday since the 10.3.1 update.
