iPhone 6 can't play video in ios 10

Restarting my phone everytime! Imagine the inconvenience.

How to resolve this?

Just adding that the problem was NOT solved in the latest update 10.2.1.

brand new iphone SE, same thing. i think it started when i updated to ios 10 or something.

It is not only Iphone, i got iPhone 7 and i have the same problem and it seems Apple is giving **** about fixing the bug in all its recent IOS updates.

I also have this problem. It happens about twice a day and I have to restart. I've been contacting apple and they say to restore but it still doesn't work. They need to fix this it is very annoying

I have a same problem too. I cant play a videos and music. If i restart my iphone, its working but i dont know why this issues come out

Please remove/uninstall skype from your phone as that is causing the problem with IOS and eventually causing all these phone issue.

Unfortunately Skype is not what's causing the issue. It's not on my son's phone and the issue still persists. Thanks for the input though.
