iPhone 6 can't play video in ios 10

I have the same problems with videos... ios 10.1.1.

It's been 3 months. Why isn't it fixed?

I am very much frustrated with this video issue on IOS10.1.1,the video doesn't play untill i restart the phone. It is happening quite often on a regular basis. Is there a way to fix this issue permanently.

Apple never fix this problem every update. I'm tired of restarting my phone everyday. iOS10 is so horrible! There are no enough people to complain this problem, therefore, none of Genius care about it

I haven't been able to update my iPhone 6 to iOS 10.2 yet as I'm currently away from WiFi, but has anyone updated to 10.2 and if so, has this serious issue been fixed?

The change log has no mention of it?

It does finally look like it has been fixed. Funny they didn't mention the issue in the release notes for the update. Either way, my phone appears normal. Lesson learned: my business won't use Apple phones again.

Should've finished that last post. It'll likely be removed anyway... NO, it is absolutely not fixed. Guess I didn't give it long enough. My phone started doing all of the same freeze-ups just hours after I posted that I thought it was all fixed. This is stupid...

No, 10.2 doesn't fix the problem. VERY annoying issue that should have been addressed by update.

yes, for me both music and videos do not work since new iOS update

This happens to my 6plus more than once a day. Totally unacceptable to reboot/hard reset whenever I want to listen to music or watch video.
