Having major issues with my iPhone.
To answers your questions;
No parts have been replaced
iTunes is up to date - 12.5.1
iPhone iOS is up to date - 10.0.1
The screen is blank,
If I push the home button I get erroneous messages from Siri
In iTunes, on the Summary page, if I click the Restore Backup or Restore iPhone buttons I get the following message:
"Find My iPhone must be turned off before iPhone can be restored. go to icloud Settings on your iPhone and turn off Find My iPhone before restoring your iPhone"
It's impossible for me to do this because I can't see anything on my screen!!!
You'll have to log into your iCloud account on your computer, start "Find my iPhone" and deactivate this feature for your device. This article has all the details: iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone
