how can i change my primary icloud email address and delete aliases associated with accounts?

Regarding changing (it can't be deleted) your primary iCloud account address - Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

@me.com and @iCloud.com can't be deleted. You can go to iCloud.com/Mail, click the gear at the bottom left, and then choose Preferences/Accounts to add another alias.
